RETURN POLICY

Most items are FINAL SALE.

NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS on vintage items, apparel, jewelry, scents, hats, scarves, accessories, gift cards, reduced and discounted items. THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

FOR ELIGIBLE EXCHANGES: We will exchange for a different size or color if exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in its original unworn condition. The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping expenses.

FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS: Returns are accepted for store credit only if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in its original unworn condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

We will accept returns for a refund or an exchange should item be damaged. For any claims, contact us at orders@rthshop.com. Please provide your order number and details/photos of the defective product.

Exchanges are available for items in original unworn condition within 14 days of receiving your order. SEND YOUR REQUEST to orders@rthshop.com. 

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING EXPENSES.

 

ORDER/SHIPPING PROCESS

  • We ship via USPS
  • We are currently only shipping twice per week on WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY
  • Rates are calculated based on distance, weight and dimensions
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has been processed and shipped
  • Any additional shipping costs due to refused or returned packages are the responsibility of the customer
  • We currently only ship within the US
  • When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will only ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
